Sometimes, it helps to see an overall path toward working together. I've put together the steps in my process so you know exactly how we'll work together to reach your goals.


The Process

No matter where you're at with your trauma, we can work together to create a plan to reach your recovery goals.

1. Exploration

In order to discover where you want to be, we need to do a little work on where you are now. That's why I call this phase our "exploration." I offer a complimentary consultation to establish where you're at and where you want to go. We'll get clear on your recovery goals and what kind of work we'll need to do so that you can reach your goals.

2. Strategy

Once we're super clear on your goals, we'll begin to do work around how we'll get there. This is a completely collaborative process but it's intense! We'll dig deep to establish the current obstacles keeping you from your goals and what steps might be necessary to achieve them. 

3. Action Plan

Everyone loves a good action plan, right? Once we've established your goals, obstacles, and roadmap on reaching them, we'll begin the execution process. This is hard work, but I have every faith that with our time together, you'll get to where you want to be.
