Our capacity to destroy one another is matched by our capacity to heal one another.

I reclaimed my recovery.

And I want to help you reclaim yours.

As a trauma survivor, I’ve always known that I wanted to help other survivors. Throughout the years, I’ve learned to do that in many different ways like through 1-1 coaching work, helping survivors start their own businesses, and teaching survivors how to harness the power of their words and their voices.

See, survivors are often silenced, shut down or minimized. Some are told that their words and stories don’t matter. That they don’t matter.

I’m here to tell you…

They’re wrong.

Your words and stories and recovery DO matter.

You Matter.

That’s why I’m here to help survivors find and reclaim their recovery. Because you deserve it.

Are you ready to believe it, too?
