Our capacity to destroy one another is matched by our capacity to heal one another.

I'm glad you're here.
Despite being a trauma survivor, I was extremely lucky to have a big and supportive family. I was blessed to have parents that wanted the best for me and did everything they could to make it happen. But I think one of the best things that was given to me was something free and so much better. I learned to care passionately about other people in need. The homeless; the elderly; war vets; cancer patients; — you get the picture, right? (pun intended!) I am sitting where I'm at today because this gift was passed down to me. And I want to return the favor by serving those who are in need of trauma support.
If you get anything from this website or my blog posts, I hope you remember these four phrases that changed my life and I hope they change yours as well:
I see you.
I hear you.
I'm a Pet Mama to 7 furry babies and 1 non-furry baby (a Sphynx cat)
